Great value and friendly staff. the communal breakfast table was a nice touch and made for a friendly atmosphere. the packed breakfast of homemade bread and marmalade was delicious. the location was perfect, with pristine pine forests for gentle walks and peaceful Loch Garten just a short drive away.
The check-in time of 5pm was a bit inconvenient, especially since the rooms were ready. It would have been nice to have the option of checking in earlier.

Friendly hosts and cozy atmosphere. Delicious breakfast and comfortable room with a nice view. The location was perfect for exploring the outdoors and convenient for walking to nearby restaurants and shops. Plus, the owners provided great recommendations for things to do in the area.
Limited wifi connectivity and some noise in the early mornings. Room did not have a working lock, which made us feel a bit uneasy about leaving our belongings alone. However, overall a great experience and we would definitely recommend this place for a peaceful and enjoyable nature getaway.

What a gem! The location was perfect, nestled in the peaceful countryside. The cozy living room with a crackling fire was the best spot to unwind after a long day of exploring. The hosts were incredibly helpful, providing tailored hiking recommendations and making us feel right at home. Plus, the self-catering kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to whip up meals. And the best part? The price was unbeatable for such a fantastic facility.
There were a few aspects that didn't meet our expectations. The rooms lacked tasteful furnishings and felt cramped with limited storage space.
